Are you skin care products suitable for all skin types?
Yes, all our products are safe to use on all skin types. However, if you have any skin condition, we suggest you to perform a skin patch test before fully using our products. Some of our skincare line is specially formulated to treat certain skin conditions, however if you are unsure, please speak to your doctor or contact us email@example.com.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We really hope you will love our products as all our customers do. However, in the rarest of the rare event, that you are not happy with your purchase, we will be glad to provide you with a refund or exchange as long as the items are unopened, and in its original packaging and condition. Items must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your return. We are always happy to help. Unfortunately, hair extension, and customised wigs cannot be refunded due to hygiene reason. So please make sure you are fully committed to your order before making a human hair purchase. Only exchange is permitted on all human hair products. Plus note delivery charges are non-refundable. My order is missing what should I do?
All orders will be shipped via royal mail ,DPD or UPS and will be sent out using a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you, soon after you make your purchase. If your order goes missing, your first point of contact should be the delivery provider engaged. If you still cannot track your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try to locate your order for you.
There is a problem with my order, what shall I do?

Do I need to return any freebies?
Yes, unfortunately, any free gifts will have to be returned with your order. If you wish to keep your gift, then the costs for the same will be deducted by us from your original purchase price.
