Return and Refund Policy

This page or document, as the case may be, sets out the “Return and Refund Policy” (the “Policy”) that applies to our customers that make a purchase at the website of “Just Sefe” (www. justsefe.com). We have the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and as per our sole discretion without any notification to the customer or without any prior permission of the customer for the same.

Cancellation:

Once a product is ordered, you may cancel the order at any stage before the Products are dispatched to you. Hair and wigs or any personalised products cannot be cancelled once work has begun on your order. Hair and Wigs cannot be returned due to hygiene reason. However, hair and wigs may be exchanged only due to some defect or problem or damage, and the same can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery to the customer. Products labelled for final sale cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or has serious issues.

Return:

Once an order is received, you may return the same within 14 days from the date you received it. After 14 days since date of the delivery, the order shall not be eligible for returns and refund. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, not damaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is not in an original condition as delivered, is damaged, or missing anything not due to errors on our end, shall not be eligible for returns and refund. Excluding hair and wigs or personalised products, returns will be applicable on all the products subject to the fulfilment of the conditions mentioned above and we reserve the right to include any product that might be unreturnable in future. Final sales are non-returnable unless the product is damaged or has serious issues. Hair and Wigs cannot be returned due to hygiene reason. However, hair and wigs or any personalised products or may be returned due to some defect or problem.

Exchanges:

We entertain requests for exchange of products. You have 14 days to exchange an item from the date you received it. After 14 days since date of the delivery, you shall not be eligible for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, not damaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is not in an original condition as delivered, is damaged, or missing anything not due to errors on our end, shall not be eligible for exchange.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved to be eligible for refund after the inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 business days, depending on your payment channel or payment mode issuer's policies. Unfortunately shipping, handling and custom fees if applicable shall not be refundable.
