This page or document, as the case may be, sets out the “Shipping Policy” (the “Policy”) that applies to our customers that make a purchase at the website of “Just Sefe” (www. justsefe.com). The customer may be required to enter its pin code to verify if deliveries can be carried out at its location. Prior to making payments on the Website for the purchase of Products, the customer will be required to provide an accurate shipping address. We have the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and as per our sole discretion without any notification to the customer or without any prior permission of the customer for the same.

APPLICABILITY:

This Policy is applicable worldwide excluding the regions as the courier service will specify.

COVID-19 MEASURES:

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We adhere to and comply with government-recommended COVID-19 guidelines.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • Regions Covered:

All the orders shipped in the United Kingdom (UK), Isle of Man, Guernsey, and Jersey shall be the regions covered under the category of Domestic Shipping.

  • Packages Offered:

For domestic shipping, we offer packages namely Standard shipping, Express Shipping, and Free Shipping.

  • Delivery Service Providers:

The standard shipping and express shipping will be carried through Royal Mail. On some special occasions, we may use the delivery service of DPD or UPS, if requested by the customer.

  • Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, size, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.

£5.99 - Standard delivery - 2 - 4 business days.

£7.99 - Express delivery - 1 - 3 business days.

  • Shipping Period:

The delivery packages under standard shipping will usually be shipped within 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days (including Saturdays) from the day an order is placed subject to the condition that the order is placed before 03:00 P.M on such a day. The delivery packages under express shipping will be shipped the next working day from the day an order is placed subject to the condition that the order is placed before 03:00 P.M on such a day. All the orders placed after 03:00 PM will be processed the following day.

  • Destination Delivery Timings:

The order will be delivered at the customer’s delivery address from 09:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M from Monday to Saturday.

  • Free Shipping:

For domestic shipping, free delivery will be available only if the ordered products are above the cost of £100 (One- hundred Pounds Sterling).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Regions Covered:

Excluding regions covered under domestic shipping, all the regions wherein the delivery of shipment is possible through the reach of the delivery service provider shall be covered under international shipping. 

  • Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, size, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.

  • Shipping Period:

The shipping period will usually range from 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) working days from the day an order is placed subject to the condition that the order is placed before 03:00 P.M on such a day. All the orders placed after 03:00 PM will be processed the following day.

  • Tracking and Eligible Countries:

International shipping will be a fully tracked priority service. The list of countries eligible for international delivery can be found on the order checkout page. 

  • Destination Delivery Timings:

The orders will be delivered at the customer’s delivery address within a time range of 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M from Monday to Friday. 


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND TARIFFS:

All fees including and not limited to duties, import duties, tariffs, taxes, or any other governmental fees or charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CONFIRMATION, PROCESSING, AND SHIPPING:

After the customer has placed an order then, please spare us some time for processing the order. The order processing will be completed as soon as possible and the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number within 48 (forty-eight) hours.

COMMENCEMENT OF SHIPPING TIME:

The shipping time shall commence from the date the order will be shipped by us and not from the date of placing an order by the customer from us.

ORDER PROCESSING ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS:

If the order is placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday or public holidays) then the customer may expect a delay in the order processing times.

DELAY IN ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

The order processing times may be delayed when we are experiencing a high volume of orders or due to the festivals or mega sale events or other reasons.

P. O. (POST OFFICE) BOXES:

We do not ship to P. O. (Post Office) Boxes.

DELIVERY AT REMOTE AREAS OR RURAL LOCATIONS:

For deliveries to remote areas or rural locations, we will keep the customer updated through email by getting information about the shipment from the concerned courier service.

IN-STORE PICKUP OR LOCAL STORE PICKUP:

We do not offer in-store pickup or local store pickup. All our products are delivered through courier service only.

DELAYS DUE TO UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS:

The expected order delivery date or shipping time schedule may be extended due to an invalid address provided by the customer or due to delays in clearance procedures by the customs or other reasons. Although such delays are beyond our reasonable control yet we are apologetic for the inconvenience caused to the customer. If the shipment delivery is delayed significantly, we will contact the customer via email for further notifications.

WRONG ADDRESS:

In case a wrong address is provided by the customer, then the customer should correct the address as soon as possible. In case the shipment is delivered at the wrong address due to the customer’s fault then the carrier will re-attempt the order delivery only if the customer pays for the re-attempt of order delivery.

NOTIFICATION OF DELAY:

In case of a significant delay in the order processing time, we will notify the customer of the same.

UNRECEIVED ORDER:

If the customer does not receive the order within the scheduled shipping deadline from receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with the name and order number, and we will look into the matter.

THE COURSE OF ACTION FOR MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES:

If in any case a package is lost or goes missing then we will address the issue on a case-to-case basis.

DELIVERY OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDER OR INCORRECT PRODUCT:

If the customer receives an order that is damaged or defective or contains incorrect product, then please email us at justsefe@gmail.com as soon as possible and within 14 (fourteen) business days from the delivery. Please include the order number, details of the damage, a high-quality photo or video of the item’s condition, and a receipt or proof of purchase in the email. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. The customer must keep the ordered item unused and in the same condition as received and it must be in the original packaging.

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to disable the cash on delivery option for accounts that have a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted.
